　　铁面星君为维护三界秩序，将妄图修仙的青崖村民骗至天庭做苦力。孙悟空假意接受弼马温一职，实则借机放走绝囚之狱中的村民和因与神结合而触碰天条的杨天佑。杨戬奉命前去捉拿杨天佑与孙悟空，却被村民们团聚的感人画面触动，杨戬决定留在凡间。铁面星君见状，承诺杨戬与孙悟空回到天庭各司其职，便放过青崖村民。却不料铁面星君出尔反尔，要杀孙悟空与村民，杨戬出手阻拦，却被石化。铁面星君欲引天雷让孙悟空神形俱灭，孙悟空被烧的狂性大发，欲要毁掉天庭……
